We currently ship within the United States. Estimated shipping windows are listed at checkout and are not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you once the carrier accepts the package.

If a package is lost or damaged in transit, contact us within 14 days of the expected delivery date and we will work with you to make it right.

You may cancel an active subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle; you will still receive any box that has already been charged.

Due to the curated nature of our boxes, we generally do not accept returns of opened items. Defective or incorrect items will be replaced or refunded if you contact support within 30 days of delivery.

When using our services, you agree not to:

Our products are sold for personal, recreational use. Offroad activities carry inherent risk; you are responsible for inspecting gear, following manufacturer instructions, and riding within your ability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to your order or use of the site is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Seven Slot Supply Co is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts of that jurisdiction.
